First Baptist Church of Harbor Oaks started more than 40 years ago as a mission of First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach. It was born in what was once known as McKee Castle. Set along the well-known U.S. Highway 1, the church took its name from the many majestic oak trees that stood on the property. Several of those old oaks are still here today for you to see and enjoy.

Our pastor, Mike Swingle, began leading the family of God here at First Baptist Church of Harbor Oaks in August 2017. He has been married to his wonderful wife Lisa for 26 years, and together they have a daughter named Analisa. Pastor Mike has served in ministry for over 25 years in various roles across the state of Florida. A native of Daytona Beach, Florida, Pastor Mike enjoys the beach, the sun and all things gators. He also has a heart for the Harbor Oaks community to see and know the love of Jesus! We invite you to come see what God is doing here at FBC Harbor Oaks!
